策勒黑羊BMPR-IB、ESR基因型与生殖激素水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：多胎主效基因和生殖激素水平都是影响绵羊繁殖力的重要因素。为探讨策勒黑羊BMPR-IB和ESR不同基因型个体与雌二醇和孕酮两种生殖激素水平的关系,试验以黄体期的47只经产母羊和64只妊娠母羊为研究对象,通过PCR-RFLP技术检测这些母羊BMPR-1B和ESR的基因型,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定经产母羊的血清雌二醇含量和妊娠母羊的血清孕酮含量,分析这两种激素水平与BMPR-IB、ESR不同基因型个体间的相关性。结果表明:策勒黑羊BMPR-IB和ESR三种不同基因型个体的雌二醇含量差异不显著(P>0.05);妊娠策勒黑羊BMPR-IB和ESR三种不同基因型个体的孕酮含量差异也不显著(P>0.05)。结论:BMPR-IB和ESR基因上的突变没有影响母羊的雌二醇和孕酮的分泌水平。Both polyembryony major gene and the level of reproductive hormones are important factors influencing fecundity of sheep.This study aimed to discuss the relations between two reproductive hormones（estradiol,progesterone）and different genotypes of BMPR-IB and ESR in Cele Black Sheep.Estradiol in the serum from 47 multiparous ewes in luteal phase and progesterone in the serum from 64 pregnant ewes were tested with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Genotypes of BMPR-IB and ESR in these ewes were detected by PCR-RFLP technology.The correlations between the level of estradiol and progesterone and different genotypes of BMPR and ESR were analyzed.The results showed that there were no significance in the level of estradiol and progesterone among three different genotypes of BMPR-IB and ESR in CeLe Black Sheep,respectively（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：the level of estradiol and progesterone are not affected by mutation of BMPR-IB and ESR.
