摘 要:研究了超声作用对西安市第三污水处理厂剩余污泥的影响。在20 kHz的超声频率下,测试了声能密度和超声作用时间对剩余污泥破解的影响,以获得最佳的超声破解条件。在此基础上对污泥进行超声处理,并将超声处理后的污泥进一步厌氧水解,考察将水解产物用作反硝化碳源的可行性。结果表明,最佳超声处理条件是:作用时间为10 m in,声能密度为1.2 W/mL。在此条件下超声预处理剩余污泥后厌氧水解48 h,MLVSS的减量率为控制样的2倍,SCOD浓度为控制样的1.96倍,总挥发性有机酸浓度为控制样的1.69倍。当将水解产物用作有机碳源时,其反硝化速率为14.7 mgNO3--N/(gVSS.h),是乙酸钠的87.5%,为实际市政污水的2.3倍。因此,剩余污泥经超声预处理并水解后用作反硝化碳源,这种资源化途径是可行的。The effect of ultrasound on the excess sludge from WWTP No. 3 of Xihn City was studied. Ultrasound at various intensities and times with same frequency of 20 kHz was tested to optimize the disintegration condition of excess sludge. Based on that, the excess sludge was ultrasonically treated and hydrolyzed to investigate the feasibility of using the hydrolysis product as carbon source for denitrification. The results show that the optimal conditions of ultrasonic treatment are ultrasonic intensity of 1.2 W/mL and time of 10 rain. After 48-h anaerobic hydrolysis of excess sludge pretreated ultrasonically, the reduction rates of MLVSS, SCOD and total VFAs are twice, 1.96 times and 1.69 times of those of the control respectively. The denitrifying rate is 14.7 mgNO3^- -N/( gVSS · h) when the hydrolysis product is used as carbon source, which is 87.5% of that when sodium acetate is used as carbon source, and 2.3 times of that when carbon source from municipal wastewater is adopted. Therefore, it is feasible that the excess sludge is used as carbon source for denitrification after it is pretreated ultrasonically and hydrolyzed.
