摘 要:采用超滤工艺处理供水厂的生产废水以回用,依次剪断1、3、4、8根膜丝(占膜丝总数的0.0125%-0.1%),考察了膜丝破损对超滤出水水质的影响。结果表明,出水颗粒数对膜的破损较敏感,可通过在线监测出水颗粒数来及时有效地反映膜的完整性。当进水浊度〈10NTU或膜丝破损率≤0.0125%时,膜丝破损对出水水质的影响较小。但当进水浊度〉40NTU、膜丝破损率〉0.0375%时,出水颗粒数〉20个/mL、浊度〉0.07NTU,出水水质变差,且易受进水浊度的影响。为了保证超滤膜出水的回用安全性,膜丝破损率应小于0.1%。The UF process was used to treat production wastewater of waterworks for reuse. The influence of broken membrane fibers on effluent quality of UF was investigated by cutting one, three, four and eight membrane fibers (accounting for O. 012 5% to 0.1% of the total membrane fibers). The results show that the particle count in the effluent is more sensitive to membrane breaking, and the membrane integrity can be effectively reflected by means of online monitoring of the particle count in the effluent. Broken membrane fibers have very little effect on treated water quality when the influent turbidity is less than 10 NTU or the rate of broken fibers is equal to or less than 0. 012 5%. The particle count and turbidity in the effluent are more than 20 p/mL and 0.07 NTU when the influent turbidity is more than 40 NTU, and the rate of broken fibers is more than 0. 037 5%. The rate of broken fibers should be Jess than 0.1% to guarantee the water quality safety.
