摘  要:文章借助生命周期理论研究了建筑工程全寿命期能耗和排放对人类生活环境的影响。结合人的健康因素、生态环境因素,研究了由规划调整引发的单位建筑面积能耗及排放影响,提出利用LCA审批指标来监控建筑工程全寿命期内节能减排问题。最后提出了实施LCA审批指标节能减排的政策建议。Based on life cycle analysis method,impacts were analyzed on human living environment,which was the energy consumption and emissions resulted from construction activities.Then,combining with health factors and eco-environmental factors,the impact of unit building area was studied,which was caused by the plan adjustment.LCA approval index was proposed to monitor the problem of saving energy and reducing emissions of buildings.At last,policy recommendations were put forward which were on the implementation of LCA approval index to save energy and reduce emissions.
