摘　　要：通过对清洁生产和环境成本管理的涵义及意义的深入剖析,探讨了在清洁生产模式下,企业如何进行环境成本管理,并通过对上海某钢铁厂的调研,以实际案例来证明清洁生产的运用,将提升企业所产生的经济效益和创造的环境效益。特别针对某钢铁厂的几个重点项目进行研究,充分论证清洁生产对环境成本管理的提升。In this paper,we discussed cleaner production mode,how to carry out environmental cost management in order to look forward to give environmental protection and improvement of corporate management.And through a steel plant in Shanghai research,up from the actual case to prove the use of cleaner production will enhance the economic benefits generated by businesses and the creation of environmental benefits.Specifically for steel plant in several key projects to study the full demonstration of cleaner production of environmental cost management improved.
