摘　　要：基于对城市综合体的理解,分析了城市综合体的两个主要形成基础:中心商务区(CBD)和城市副中心(Sub-CBD);并论述了中心商务区和城市副中心对城市综合体形成的作用及三者之间的相互关系。研究城市综合体的形成基础对土地资源的有效利用,城市经济的发展以及城市未来的规划都有重要意义。HOPSCA is an inevitable result of the urban economic development at a certain extent;its construction and exploitation have great significance for the overall plan of urban.Firstly,the paper summaries the concept and the characteristics of HOPSCA;Then,it analyses two main foundations of HOPSCA：The Central Business District（CBD） and the urban sub-center（Sub-CBD）,and discusses their role in the formation of HOPSCA and the inter-relationship among CBD,Sub-CBD and HOPSCA.It is of important significance to the effective utilization of urban land resources,the development of urban economy,and the future urban planning.
