摘　　要：针对自行设计的液压成形设备运行时需要记录实验数据,设计了基于数据采集卡(DAQ卡)的液压成形数据采集系统,利用Visual Basic编制界面和采集程序,由数据采集卡实现对成形压力和工件的轴向位移进行实时采集和A/D转换,由计算机完成数据的处理、保存和实时数据、波形的显示,为分析试件成形结果和设计合理的加载路径提供了必要的数据。The experiment data of hydroforming equipment designed by ourself should be noted.A data collecting system based on DAQ card was designed.The interface and collection program are developed by Visual Basic.The signal collection of hydroforming pressure and axial displacement of workpiece sensors and A/D transition are achieved real time by data acquisition card.Data processing,saving and showing is completed by computer.The necessary data for analyzing the finished workpiece and for finding the reasonable loading route are provided.
