穴位埋线对糖尿病前期人群糖代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位埋线疗法对糖尿病前期人群糖代谢的影响。方法:将114例糖尿病前期人群随机分为穴位埋线组(治疗组)56例,节食运动组(对照组)58例,两组均给予节食运动12个月。治疗组加用双侧脾俞、胰俞、肝俞、肾俞穴位埋线,每月1次,共6次。同时观察治疗前后FPG、2hPG、BML、TC、TG变化。结果:治疗组随访6个月、12个月IGR向NGT逆转率和向糖尿病(DM)发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尤其治疗组在穴位埋线停止后,于第12个月随访IGR向NGT逆转率、向DM发生率均未反弹。当干预12个月后,上述所有观察指标均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线疗法可提高糖尿病前期人群逆转为正常糖耐量,减少糖尿病发生率,且疗效持久。Objective：To observe effects of acupoint catgut embedding on sugar metabolism in the crowd of prediabetes.Methods：114 patients were randomly divided into acupoint catgut implantation group（treatment group）56 cases,diet exercise group（control group）58 cases.Two groups were given diet and exercise.The treatment group with bilateral Pishu,Yishu,liver Yu,Shenshu acupoint catgut implantation,monthly one time,a total of six times.Moreover,the changes of FPG,2hPQ,BML,TC,TG were observed before and after treatment.Results：Treatment group were followed up for 6 months,12 months,IGR to the NGT reversal rate and diabetes（DM）formation rate were improved than those in control group,which had statistically significant differences（P0.0 or P0.01）.Compared with those before treatment,all the data significantly improved for 12 months after the intervention.Conclusion：By early intervention of Acupoint catgut embedding therapy,pre-diabetes can be reversed to normal glucose tolerance group,a significant reduction in diabetes incidence,and the curative effect is lasting.
