国外关于图书馆员培训的研究

摘　　要：介绍了国外早期图书馆员培训的方案和程序研究、面向商业查询及交流能力的培训研究,培训模式以及信息技术运用的培训研究,总结出图书馆的培训研究呈不断发展丰富,同时也明显地呈现出与图书馆自身工作方式和培训技术相一致的特点。This paper introduces the research on librarian training programs and procedures, the research on the training of business enquiry and communication ability, and the research on the training model and the training of the utilization of information technology made by foreign countries at the early stage, and summarizes that the research on library’s training shows continuous development and enrichment and also clearly shows that library’s training is in line with library itself’s work mode and training technology.
