摘  要:老油田进入特高含水深度开发阶段,剩余油分布普遍分散、局部富集,且注采井网遭到一定程度的破坏,进一步改善开发效果的调整难度加大。针对该阶段油田的开采特征,以胜坨油田坨28断块沙二段7—8单元为例,综合运用数值模拟和油藏工程方法,考虑原油价格、投资成本,对提高水驱采收率的常规调整措施,如补孔、卡层、堵水调剖、钻新井、细分加密等,进行了深入研究,给出了不同条件下的技术政策界限:如在油价为2 500元/t的条件下,坨28断块沙二段7—8单元补孔技术政策界限为地层系数所占比例大于10%,剩余油饱和度大于0.5,控制可采储量大于150 t;卡层技术政策界限为砂体厚度小于2m,含油饱和度小于0.36等。在现场应用时,应根据油藏特点制定具体的调整技术政策界限。In the ultra-high water cut production stage of mature oilfield,the remaining oil is highly dispersed and concentrated in certain posi-tion,and the injection-production well pattern is deteriorated in certain degree,therefore,the oil enhancement adjustment is hard to be implemented.In response to the production features in this stage,the Es2 7-8 unit in Tuo 28 block are taken as pilot to study the technical policy limit under different conditions by means of numerical simulation and reservoir engineering after taking into ac-count of the oil price,investment cost and the conventional treatments such as reperforation,layer switching,profile controlling,drilling new wells and layers division.That is,if oil price is 2500RMB per ton,the technical policy limit of reperforation is that the proportion of KH factor of perforated layer is more than 10% of the whole producing layers,remaining oil saturation more than 0.5,and controllable recoverable reserves more than 150t;the technical policy limit of plugging and layer switching is that,the thickness of plugged layer is less than 2m,and its remaining oil saturation less than 0.36,etc.The field conditions must be taken into ac-count for each specific reservoir.
