摘 要:为了拓宽探究提高体育教学质量和效果的视角,以体育教师专注力为研究对象,采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、实验等研究方法,对体育教师专注力缺失的内涵、表现形式及主要成因进行了梳理。研究认为:体育教师专注力是现代体育教师必须具备的一种素质和能力,其缺失严重影响了体育教学的质量和效果;自我形象单一化、思维方式僵硬、单一、失范行为增多等是体育教师专注力缺失的表现形式;无意识行为、思维定势、重复教学行为、功利化教育、工作压力是导致体育教师专注力缺失的基源。在此基础上,提出了体育教师专注力缺失的规避对策。In order to enhance the research perspectives to improve teaching quality and effectiveness, based on mindfulness of PE teachers, by the methods of documentary, investigation and experiment, the paper analyzes the concept, form, chief causes on the deletion of mindfulness of PE teachers. It concludes that the mindfulness of PE teachers is a modem PE teacher' s quality and ability. Its loss has seriously affected the quality and effectiveness of physical education. A single serf-image, single and inelastic thinking mode,increase in misbehavior is the form of deletion of mindfulness of PE teachers. Unconscious behavior, thinking orientation, repetitive actions of teaching, utilitarian education, working pressure are major causes of the deletion of mindfulness of PE teachers. On this basis, it puts forward the countermeasures to circumvent the deletion of mindfulness of PE teachers.
