摘 要:以220 kV钢管输电塔为研究对象,提出了单管和双管钢管塔的结构形式和几何尺寸,针对不同荷载工况分析主管等各杆件的内力分析,得出小转角、中等转角和大转角钢管塔通常分别由单侧已锚安装工况和大风荷载工况控制。同时,在参数分析的基础上,对单管和双管钢管塔进行强度设计和优化。在满足强度、变形条件时,小转角的双管塔用钢量与单管塔的用钢量相差较小;随着转角的增大,双管塔的用钢量较单管塔的用钢量增加缓慢,即大转角时双管塔的用钢量比单管塔经济。研究结论可供220 kV单管和双管钢管塔设计时参考。This paper studied on the 220 kV steel-tube transmission tower,and on this basis,the single/double steel-tube towers and their dimensions were put forward.Through structural analyses for different loading conditions,it could be concluded that the control loads are construction load for anchoring in one side,and wind load for the towers of small corner,middle corner and big corner,respectively.Simultaneously,the strength design and optimization were carried out using parameters analyses.When the strength and deformation are satisfied,the single steel-tube tower uses less steel than the double-steel tube tower does;the steel quantity difference of single/double steel-tube towers for middle corner is small;and the steel quantity of double steel-tube towers for big corner is lower than that of the single steel-tube tower.It is to say that the double steel-tube tower is more economic than the single steel-tube tower with the increase of corner.Conclusions of this paper can be referred for 220 kV single/double steel-tube transmission towers.
