摘　　要：将硬边光阑展开为复高斯函数,利用高斯光阑的ABCD矩阵形式来描述复高斯函数,推导出椭圆厄米-高斯光束通过硬边光阑分数傅立叶变换系统的光强分布近似解析公式.利用该公式对椭圆厄米-高斯光束光强进行了数值计算,研究分数傅立叶变换阶数、厄米多项式模数以及光阑尺寸对光强的影响.By expanding the hard-edge diaphragm into a complex Gaussian function,then making use of the ABCD matrix form of Gaussian hard-edge diaphragm to describe Gaussian function,the approximate analytical expression is derived for fractional Fourier transform of elliptical Hermite-Gaussian beams passing through the hard-edge diaphragm.By using the obtained formula,the authors have given numerical calculation examples for the light intensity of elliptical Hermite-Gaussian beams.The effects of the fractional Fourier transform order,Hermite mode order and the size of the hard-edge diaphragm on the light intensity are also studied in details.
