甘蔗自交F_1群体性状变异分析

摘　　要：为探讨甘蔗自交F1群体性状遗传特点,对6个甘蔗自交F1群体进行方差及相关性研究。结果表明,其株高、茎径、单茎重、丛有效茎、丛重、锤度和锤重7个主要经济性状变异系数为7.70%～62.72%,其中锤重变异系数最大,锤度变异系数最小。方差分析结果表明,组合间丛有效茎、丛重和锤重差异均达到极显著水平,显示出丛有效茎、丛重和锤重在F1群体中表现出强烈的分离和重组现象。7个性状间两两相关分析结果表明,各性状间均呈正相关,大部分性状间还显示出极显著的正相关。这些结果为甘蔗重组自交系的建立及亲本创新提供良好的基础。In order to study the genetic behavior,analysis of variance and correlation for six inbreeding F1 group of sugarcane were conducted.The results showed that the variation coefficients for seven main economic characters of height,diameter,single stalk weight,stalk number,cluster weight and brix weight were from 7.70% to 62.72%,in which the maximum variation coefficient was found in brix weight and the minimum was found in brix.Analysis of variance results showed that the combination of stalk number,cluster weight and brix weight were highly significant,indicating that stalk number,cluster weight and brix weight lies F1 group showed a strong separation and recombination.Correlation conefficients between seven characters showed that positive correlation between the characters,some characters showed significant positive correlation.This paper explored the genetic behavior of inbreeding F1 group for sugarcane,the establishment of RIL and parents innovation provide a good basis for sugarcane.
