摘 要:研究目的:测度土地利用结构与能源消耗碳排放的关联度,解释地区内与地区间的两者关联差异,利用关联差异寻找可以控制能源消耗碳排放实现土地低碳利用的路径。研究方法:灰色关联分析,演绎法。研究结果:土地利用结构与能源消耗碳排放关联度存在差异。东、中部居民点及独立工矿用地与能源消耗碳排放的关联度最高,建设用地的关联度明显大于农用地;西部耕地与能源消耗碳排放的关联度最高,建设用地关联度大于农用地,但两者接近。东、中、西部之间,除耕地外,各地类与能源消耗碳排放的关联度东部大于中部,中部大于西部。研究结论:调整土地利用结构控制能源消耗碳排放是可能的,因地制宜地控制建设用地蔓延,优化居民点及独立工矿用地利用,注意农用地利用中的碳排放作用,有助于实现土地低碳利用。The purposes of this paper are: ( 1 ) measure and estimate the correlation degree between land use structure and carbon emission from energy consumption; (2)explain the correlation differences between inner-regions and inter-regions; (3)discover a low-carbon land use approach based on the correlation differences so as to control the carbon emission from energy consumption. Methods employed are grey correlation analysis and deduction. The results indicate: (1)there are differences in the correlation degree between land use structure and carbon emission from energy consumption;(2)in the east and the middle regions, the correlation degree of residential spots and the independent industrial and mining land are the highest, the correlation degree of construction land are obviously higher than the ones of agricultural land; (3)in the west, the correlation degree between farmland and carbon emission from energy consumption is the highest, while the correlation degree of construction land is higher than that of agricultural land although the difference is slight; (4) except farmland, the correlation degrees between carbon emission from energy consumption and the land uses in the east are higher than the degrees of the west. Meanwhile the degrees of the middle are higher than the ones of the west. It is concluded that ( 1 )it is feasible to control the carbon emission from energy consumption by regulating the land use structure; (2) in order to realize low-carbon land use there are three measurements can be taken in consideration. The first is to restrain the spread of construction land according to local conditions, the second is to optimize the utilization of residential spots and independent industrial and mining land, and the third is to pay attention to the carbon emission effect of agricultural land use.
