摘  要:铁水预处理是现代化炼钢厂的重要工序之一,其主要目的是降低铁水中的有害元素(硫、硅和磷)含量,为炼钢炉提供合格的铁水。介绍了铁水预处理的原理、工艺及国外铁水预处理工艺技术的发展历程。分析了国内外铁水预脱硫、预脱硅和预脱磷等先进工艺技术,并对机械搅拌法脱硫和喷吹法脱硫进行了比较,机械搅拌法动力学条件好,可以采用低成本脱硫剂(CaO)实现深脱硫。Hot metal pretreatment has become one of the important production procedures in modem steelmaking plants. Its main purpose is to reduce the content of harmful elements (S, Si and P) in hot metal and provide qualified hot metal for steelmaking furnaces. This paper describes the principle and process of hot metal pretreatment, and introduces the development of hot metal pretreatment techonology in foreign countries. Advanced technologies for pre-desulphurization, pre-desiliconization and pre- dephosphorization of hot metal at home and abroad are analyzed, and a comparison is made between two desulfurization methods, namely kinetics rabbling stirring method (KR method) and injection method. It is found out that KR method enjoys better dynamic conditions and helps to realize deep desulfurization with low cost desulfurizing agents (CaO).
