摘  要:目的调查我院患者感染嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的耐药性,为临床治疗提供可靠的科学依据。方法对我院住院的患者临床标本中分离出的嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,进行感染率及耐药性分析并展开讨论。结果对羧苄青霉素,哌拉西林,亚胺培南,氨曲南,头孢曲松的耐药率最高均呈100%耐药;对头孢他啶,头孢吡肟和阿米卡星的耐药率在65%以上;对左旋氧氟沙星和复方新诺明的耐药率最低,分别为26%和31%。结论嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的感染发生率在逐年增加,耐药率也逐年上升。治疗该菌感染应首选左旋氧氟沙星和复方新诺明,并结合患者的临床特点,根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗生素,有效控制感染的发生。Objective To investigate the drug resistance of stenotrophomonas maltophilia in our hospital.To provide a reliable scientific basis for clinic.Methods Stenotrophomonas maltophilia was isolated from clinical specimens of hospitalized patients.The infection rate and drug resistance were studied and analized.Results The highest resistance rate of carbenicillin,piperacillin,imipenem,aztreonam,ceftriaxone were upto 100%.The drug resistance rate of ceftazidime,cefepime and amikacin were over 65%.The lower resistance rate were 26% and 31% on levofloxacin and cotrimoxazole.Conclusions The incidence of stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection increased year by year and the resistance rate also increased year by year.The preferred treatment could be levofloxacin and cotrimoxazole.The rational antibiotics use should be according to clinical features and drug sensitive test results.
