摘  要:在分析型线性色谱中,流出曲线一般表现为拖尾的形式,这种现象可以采用多种机理加以解释。模仿动力学弛豫理论的假设条件,认为溶质在柱过程中的迁移以跃迁形式完成,得到了浓度分布曲线的数学表达式。分别探讨跃迁次数、两相间跃迁速率及溶质在流动相中的轴向跃迁对峰形的影响。For the chromatography with linear sorption isotherm, the profile can be explained by many theories. The kinetic origin of the profile was further investigated in this paper. Based on the idea of relaxation theory in chemical dynamics, a new model was established in which the solute transfer in the mobile phase by a way of jumping process was supposed,and the mathematical expression of profile was gained. From the retention time gotten by the expression, the peak splitting could be account for, and might generated when the speed of the mobile phase is fast enough and the column is shorter. The form of profile was also discussed digitally with computer solution, and compared with the result of experiments.\=
