浅谈绿色医院的建筑技术体系

摘　　要：探讨了绿色建筑技术的内涵、建筑技术特点、建筑技术体系和建筑技术的选择要求。由于医院接待的是患者这一特殊人群,因此对其绿色建筑技术也就提出了更高的要求,必须具有安全性、价值性、创新性等特征。"绿色医院"的建设包括绿色建筑、绿色能源、绿色环境、绿色管理四大要素,围绕这些要素,绿色医院的建筑技术分别表现了"健康空间、低能消耗、舒适环境、智能控管"等特点。技术的选择决定了绿色建筑的设计水平。在建设绿色医院时,必须在建筑技术的选择上考虑到受地域气候、建筑规模、经济效益等多种因素的影响,必须做到结合实际,制定绿色建筑技术的设计目标;放眼未来,确保绿色建筑技术的长远成效;相互整合,确保绿色建筑技术的成套一体。The intension of green architecture,characters of architecture,architecture technology system and its selection are discussed.Hospital green architecture requires higher safety,better value and more innovation than other sections since it faces patient.Green hospital building includes four factors： green architecture,green energy,green environment and green management.According to those factors,architecture technology of green hospital reflects the characters of healthy space,low energy consume,comfortable environment and intelligent control.Technology selection decides the capacity of green architecture design.Factors of climate,architecture scale and economic benefit should be considered when builds green hospital.Actual status and its prospect should be considered when enact goals of green architecture technology to assure integrated architecture technology system and long term effect of green architecture.
