试论绿色医院的建管体系

摘　　要：研究绿色医院的功能结构、构建流程和评价框架。提出现代化医院的功能结构处于动态发展的过程中,且医院的专业分科越来越细,病人的医疗需求也越来越高,绿色医院对自身功能结构要求应符合"绿色"的特点。即在功能结构上要功能关系扁平化:科室设置集成化;后勤服务虚拟化。基于全过程控制原则,提出绿色医院在全寿命周期内各个阶段的具体要求以及绿色医院的评价框架,指出其评价指标或因子应渗透到医院建筑建造与管理的全过程中,包含对节能减排、污染防治、创建成效的要求。Function,building process and evaluation framework of green hospital is discussed.Because of the changing function structure of modern hospital,more and more refined specialty classification and higher patient demands,green hospital＇s function structure should match the characters of green.It means flat function,department setting integration and logistic service virtualization.Based on the principles of all round process control,embody objectives and their evaluation frameworks in all stages of green hospital are mentioned.Evaluation index system or factors should reflect all the process of hospital building and management,including energy saving,pollution prevention and cure and benefit creating.
