摘　　要：通过回顾云南省远程可视医疗县县通3年的运行情况,介绍了云南省远程可视医疗现状及取得的成效,分析了云南省远程可视医疗存在的远程医疗服务诊疗费未纳入医保、新农合报销目录;部分医疗机构未处理好增加收入与惠民工程的关系;电信资费问题等主要问题,提出进一步拓展远程可视医疗服务的建议,即政府搭台,企业唱戏;尽快将远程可视医疗服务收费纳入城镇居民医保体系和新农村合作医疗报销体系;医疗机构必须处理好增加收入与惠民工程的关系;以推广远程可视医疗项目为契机,全面提升我国医疗服务质量和医院信息化水平。Based on the practice of current 3 years of visualized distance medical service in Yunnan province,the status and effectiveness of Yunnan province distance medical service was introduced.Distance medical service fee was not brought into the medical insurance and NCMS compensation list,the ill relations of earning medical income and people benefit project in some hospitals,the communication expense were considered to the main problems.Suggestions that bring the distance medical service fee into medical insurance and NCMS compensation list,the correct relation between earn money and people benefit project and improve medical service quality and hospital information system by extending distance medical service system.
