摘　　要：随着医疗体制改革以及医疗保险制度的不断完善,对于患者基本信息准确性的要求越来越高。由于患者口音有误、医师字迹潦草,及患者骗取保险等原因使病案信息中患者姓名错误现象时有发生。文章就患者病案姓名错误的分类、常见原因、不利影响以及所应采取的相关对策进行探讨。with the continual perfection of medical system reform and medical insurance system, the requirements of patient basic information accuracy are more and more high. The phenomenon of patient’s mistaken name happens frequently in medical records because of patient’s accent; doctor’s illegible writing and patient deception on insurance. This paper investigates the classification, common reasons and unfavorable effect and countermeasures of patient’s mistaken name.
