医院业务收入增长因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究医院业务收入的影响因素。方法采用因素指数分析法,分析业务收入增减原因。结果医院业务收入增长主要是门诊和住院工作量的影响、其次是门诊人均费用和住院平均每一床日费用的影响。结论费用的增加不利于医院的持续良好发展,工作量增加导致的业务收入增长才能促进医院的健康发展。Objective to research the effect factor of hospital business income. Method to apply factors index analysis to analyze why the business income reduce. Results the main effect factors of hospital business income increase are workload of outpatient service and hospitalization. The second one is the daily expenses of sickbed of outpatient service and hospitalization. Conclusions the increase expenses are not beneficial for continual well development of hospital. The business income increase because of workload increase can only promote healthy development of hospital.
