应用病床工作效率指标对床位设置的分析

摘　　要：目的合理优化配置临床科室开放床位数。方法采用某院病案统计管理数据库2009年度医疗统计报表数据,病床工作效率指标数据统计采用SPEL3.1统计软件进行统计学处理,测算出开放床位数的合理区间。结果 29个临床科室中床位设置合理的有11个科室,需要调整的有18个科室,某院临床科室存在病床设置不合理情况。结论根据病床预测结果,合理地调配科室床位设置,可做到合理有效地利用卫生资源。Objective reasonable and optimal arrangement of opening up sickbeds of clinical departments. Methods medical statistical report forms data of 2009 adopt medical records statistical management of a hospital; the sickbed work efficiency index data applies SPEL 3.1 statistical software to calculate the reasonable interval of opening up sickbeds. Results 11 department in 29 of them arrange reasonably of sickbeds; 18 departments need to rearrange. The sickbeds arrangement of a hospital is not reasonable. Conclusion to arrange rationally sickbeds according to the forecast results which can apply health resources rational and effective.
