基于EXCEL数据透视表的手术分类统计探讨

摘　　要：目的总结医院外科手术分类管理方法。方法运用PLSQLDeveloper中查询语句将与手术有关的数据表进行关联,提取出所需的数据,运用EXCEL数据透视表功能,进行统计分析。结果反映各医疗组的手术情况、手术总例数和全院不同时期的各类手术概况;重点科室肝胆外科2009年与2003年相比甲、乙类手术比例有所提高,提示该科室有提升技术潜力的空间。结论通过量化考核有助于提高手术质量,对医疗管理有积极的指导作用。Objective to summarize operation classification management of surgical departments. Methods using PLSQL Developer to find out data related to operation and pick up data what we need, then to statistically analyze the data by applying Pivot Table in EXCEL. Results to report surgery situation, the number of operation of medical groups and kinds of operation general situations of the hospital in different period; the key department in our hospital is hepatobiliary surgery department, which the operation rate of the first class and the second class increased in 2009 compared with in 2003 that shows this department still have technological potential to improve. Conclusions through quantization examination to improve the operation quality that play a guidance role in medical management.
