摘　　要：病案首页是病案的重要组成部分,在病案管理中的价值占有举足轻重的地位。本文介绍了2009版军队医院住院病案首页项目修改内容、新版病案首页计算机软件程序升级切换运行中的管理实践、新版病案首页软件存在的主要问题及修改建议。the front sheet is an important part of medical records which play decisive role in medical records management. The paper introduces revised content of front sheet items; the management practice of computer software program update switching of new edition front sheet and the main problems and revised advices to new edition medical records front sheet software.
