摘　　要：目的探讨社区卫生服务超声专业人员的岗位培训与考核。方法对北京市各区县社区医院从事超声专业的医务人员192人进行规范化培训,其中包括专业理论授课和基本技能培训。培训后有185人进行了超声专业考核。结果 147人考试合格,获得了合格证书,合格率79%。他们将持证上岗和接受继续教育。结论通过规范化培训和考核,提升社区超声专业队伍的服务水平,更好地为社区患者服务。Objective to investigate training and examination of ultrasonic personnel in community health service. Methods a standardization training of 192 ultrasonic professional personnel of hospital in divisions, counties and communities including professional theory courses and basic skill training. There are 185 person had ultrasonic professional examination after training. Results there are 147 people pass the exam and gain the qualification certification. The qualification rate is 79%. They are on-duty-with-the-certification and continual education. Conclusion through standardization training and exam, it can improve service level of ultrasonic profession in communities and provide better service for patients.
