摘  要:采用共聚的方法制得了不同性质的丙烯酸酯共聚物,进一步制备了适用于LCD偏光片的压敏胶,探讨了不同烷基数的丙烯酸单体对及烘干工艺对压敏胶性能的影响。得到初粘力,剥离强度较佳的偏光片用丙烯酸酯压敏胶体系。A series of acrylic copolymers were synthesized via free radical polymerization and the pressure sensitive adhesive for LCD polarizing films were prepared. Effect of chain length in copolymer and baking progress on adhesion property of pressure-sensitive adhesives was investigated. The monomers with different length of n-Alkyl side chain were used to explore the adhesive strength. When SA exceed 10wt%, the viscosity of polymer was high enough and the gel which couldn't dissolve in solution was formed. However, the adhesive property was improved when SA was below 10wt%. Then, EHA was added to board the distribution and length of n-Alkyl side chain. The adhesion were satisfied the appliance to polarizing films when 70wt%-90wt% EHA was used. Further study focused on the effect of the monomer with - OH on the copolymer. However, no obvious trend on adhesion was observed by varying concentration of hydrogen. Thus, it illustrated that the distribution and length of n-Alkyl side chain had more significant effect on adhesion. The baking temperature was also studied. It showed that 70~C was the optimized condition from energy saving consideration. The final prepared adhesives was satisied in preparing polarizing films.
