摘　　要：手术治疗是肿瘤治疗中重要的手段。数字化肿瘤手术摄影是在手术进行中拍摄,它以具体形象的真实为基础,又取决于摄影现场情况。受环境狭小和视野的原因,选择拍摄角度都受到一定限制。手术摄影要准确纪实,不应有任何人为的修饰作用。要突出典型,画面直观。手术过程中选择摄影构图快速准确,拍摄时又不能给手术带来任何障碍,这就要求灵活、快捷抓取瞬间。它是真实记录肿瘤手术数字影像资料的重要方法。在肿瘤医疗、科研、教学中起到极为重要作用。Surgery is an importand means of canser treatment, digital photography is shooting with digital camera in the process of surgery. It is more realistic and vivid, but usually restricted by the limitted room space. The surgery photography should be realistic, rather than any artificially finishing. The picture compositon should be slected quickly and accurately, in case of incurring any obstacle to operation. Anyway, the digital recording of cancer surgery is a important method of collecting the digital data in cancer surgery and play a great role in cancer treatment, scienfitic research and medical teaching field.
