摘　　要：分析了高校图书馆义务馆员的现状,论述了义务馆员社团化的性质和功能,从义务馆员社团化模式构建的角度对高校义务馆员的发展提出了一些建议。This paper analyzes the present situation of voluntary librarian ins of university library,discusses the nature and function of the organization of the voluntary librarians,and puts forward some proposals on developing the work of voluntary librarians of university from the angle of the construction of the organization pattern of voluntary librarians.
