摘  要:超大容量电容器又叫双电层电容器,它的静电容量是同体积普通电容器的105~106倍,是现代电子工业的重要元件之一。双电层电容器的极板是对特定电解质具有优良吸附性能的多孔碳质材料———活性炭制成的。本研究采用不同的化学物理手段对含碳原料进行适当处理,同时采用现代仪器和化学分析方法比较深入地探讨了多孔碳质材料的孔隙容积、孔半径分布、比表面积、含氧基团、吸附性能对静电容量、等效串联电阻等电性能的影响。在此基础上确定和优化了制备技术路线并分批制备了2、20、2500kg的活性炭,经使用单位试制静电容量0047~10法拉双电层电容器表明,所研制的活性炭满足要求。Supercapacity capacitor,namely Double Electric Stratum Capacitor(DESC),which static electricity capacity (SEC) is 105106 times than those of the common capacitor with the same volume,is one of the important components in modern electronics industry.The plate of DESC is made of activated carbon which is a porous carbon material with excellent adsorption toward specified electrolyte.In this research,carboneous materials was appropriatedly treated with different chemicalphysical methods,and investigations on the influences of pore volume,pore distribution,specific surface area,carbonoxygen functional groups and adsorption of porous carbon material toward its electronic characteristics such as SEC,equivalent series resistance with modern intruments and chemical analysis methods,were carried out.Based on these studies,the technique of preparation process was set and optimized.Lots of 2 kg,20 kg,2500 kg activated carbon were prepared and used in trial to produce DESC with 0.0471.0 F SEC.Results showed that the activated carbon met the demands.This study offered theoretical basis and feasible technique for domestic production of DESC plate materials.
