摘  要:对不同部位、不同条件下的银杏(GinkgobilobaL.)叶黄酮含量、银杏叶的干燥变化等进行了比较分析,结果表明:不同品种(马铃、梅核、佛手)及雌雄株的成年银杏叶黄酮含量无显著差异;实生苗叶比嫁接苗叶黄酮含量高;5年生以下幼树叶含量高;10月中旬左右为湖北银杏主产区最佳采叶季节;In this text,contrasts analyses on flavone contents of Ginkgo leaves from different sections under different conditions and their variation during drying were carried out.No remarkable differences were found among three kinds of adult Ginkgo:Ginkgo biloba var.apiculata Tsen,Ginkgo biloba var.typiea Tsen,Ginkgo biloba var.huana Tsen,as well as between male and female.Flavone content of seedling plants is higher than that of grafted plants.Plant of ten years old,particularly under five years old,have higher flavone content.The most suitable season for plucking Ginkgo leaves is in October.Ginkgo leaves can be stored after drying in shade for about a week.
