脱硫炭用于炼油厂氨气脱硫的研究

摘　　要：研究了采用脱硫活性炭进行炼油厂污水汽提装置副产氨气脱硫的工艺以及脱硫剂的再生方法，并投入工业应用。该脱硫剂不仅能脱除Ｈ２Ｓ，还能脱除大部分总硫，运行一年多来，氨气中Ｈ２Ｓ降至２ｍｇ／ｍ３以下，总硫小于１５ｍｇ／ｍ３，总硫脱除率达６５％～７５％，液氨质量明显提高。A process for desulfurizing ammonia produced from the waste stripping unit in refinery plant with desulfurized activated carbon and its regeneration were studied.After industrial operation for one year, result showed that H2S content in ammonia was reduced to less than 2 mg/m3;total sulphur was less than 15 mg/m3 and the removal rate of total sulphur reached 65 %75 %.The quality of the liquid ammonia was significantly improved and economic profit was obtained.
