摘 要:建立了浆态床反应器模型,该模型考虑了气相、液相的轴向分散及催化剂沿床层的非均匀分布。通过与Rheinpreusen-Koppers示范厂文献实验数据的对比,检验了模型的有效性。依据模型,计算分析了反应物、产物的浓度分布,气液两相的H2/CO变化及FTS与WGS对合成气转化的贡献。A model is presented to describe the performance of bubble column slurry reactors used for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. The model accounts for the axial dispersion in both gas and liquid phases, and for the non-uniform distribution of catalyst along reactor axis. The proposed model is validated by comparing the model predictions with the experimental literature results obtained in Rheinpreussen-Koppers demonstration plant. Calculations are also carried out to illustrate axial distribution of reactants and products, H2/CO ratios in gas phase and liquid phase, and the effect of FTS and WGS reaction on the syngas conversion. It is found that the modeling results can give reasonable explanation of why slurry reactor can utilize lean-hydrogen syngas.
