摘　　要：检察建议作为检察机关履行法律监督职能的延伸与补充在实践中得到广泛运用。同时,检察建议作为检察机关履行法律监督职责的途径具有正当的法理基础。通过灵活运用检察建议"柔性监督"的优势,可以达到弥补法定权力不足、提高监督效率、改善监督者与被监督者的关系等效果,实现检察机关法律监督理念创新。As an extended and additional way for censorate to exercise the legal supervision function,procuratorial suggestions has been already extensive used.Meanwhile,as the way for censorate to exercise the legal supervision function,procuratorial suggestions has the reasonable legal basis.With the advantage of flexible supervision among legal supervision,procuratorial suggestions are able to make up for lack of statutory powers,improve action efficiency and soft the relations of diligent and be diligent,achieve concept of procuratorial organs innovation.
