摘 要:通过正确划分精馏过程的状态变量及决策变量,从精馏塔的过程方程入手,建立了多组分精馏塔灵敏度分析的数学模型及计算方法。通过该方法可方便地求出精馏塔各状态变量对决策变量的灵敏度及灵敏度系数,定量地确定设计裕量,从而为精馏塔控制方案的设计及实际生产操作提供依据。The mathematical model and calculation method of sensitivity analysis for multi component distillation tower are proposed in this paper, based on the differentiating the state and decision variables in the basic equations. The sensitivity coefficients and sensitivities of state variables to the decision variables could be easily calculated, and the design rich amount could be obtained quantitatively. The method proposed in this paper could also provide data for the design of control schemes and actual operations of distillation tower.
