摘　　要：本文介绍了全网业务的定义与类型,结合eTOM分析全网业务对IT支撑系统的要求及其对IT支撑系统带来的挑战,归纳和提炼了全网业务的IT支撑模式。Entire network business（ENB） is on the road of rapid development recently,and it needs new IT support means.This article gives the definition of ENB and introduces ENB types,analyzes the requirements of ENB on IT support systems and challenges it brings to IT with enhanced telecom operations map （eTOM）theory,and refines three IT support patterns to ENB which gain good effect in practical applications.
