摘　　要：本文通过分析中国电信进入全业务运营时代所面临的挑战,结合NGOSSTNA的先进理论与最佳运营实践,提出了构建综合能力提供平台的设计构想,对平台所应具备的功能进行了描述,并基于该平台提出了几种解决全业务运营时代矛盾的应用支撑案例,最后对综合能力提供平台的建设关键点及发展进行了总结并提出了建议。This paper analyzed the entire business operations of China Telecom into the challenges of the times,combined with advanced theoretical and NGOSS TNA best operating practices,proposed to build integrated capacity provide platform for comprehensive design concept which should have the function described,and based on the platform introduced several supporting examples to resolve all contradictions in the application of business operations,and finally the key points of integrated capacity provide platform building and development are summarized and recommendation.
