摘 要:利用二维微通道阵列平板热管,提出了全新平板式太阳能集热技术及其热水系统,测试了平板微热管基本性能,将其应用于平板太阳能热水器,研制成功了新型平板热管式太阳能热水器,测试了热水器性能,其逐时最高效率为87.82%,日平均效率高达65.98%,且不受时域和地域限制,并具有成本低、抗冻、承压、紧凑、轻巧、不结垢等优点,整体性能优越,应用前景极其广阔。By using two-dimensional flat plate heat pipe array with micro channels; the study proposed a new solar collecting technology for flat-plate solar collector and solar water heater system. The study presented basic performance of micro flat plate heat pipe which was applied on flat plate solar water heater; then a new flat plate solar water heater by heat pipe was invented successfully and its performance was tested; the results showed that the solar water heater's maximum cumulative efficiency was 87.82%, daily average efficiency was up to 65.98%, besides, the solar water heater by micro flat plate heat pipe array does not be limited by time zone and area; furthermore, it has several advantages including low cost, antifreezing, high pressure resistance, compact and elimination of scale formation ete, which propose great prospect for wide-spread utilization.
