利用离子交换树脂从高盐体系中提取L-苯丙氨酸

摘　　要：利用海因法制备Ｌ－苯丙氨酸体系，针对体系中盐（Ｎａ＋）浓度高的特点，利用离子交换树脂提取Ｌ－苯丙氨酸，对离子交换树脂的型式、上柱液的预处理、洗杂剂的种类以及洗脱剂的选择作了较详细研究。离子交换树脂对该体系中的Ｌ－苯丙氨酸的吸附量达到每ｇ湿树脂０．０９０ｇＬ－Ｐｈｅ，整个工艺路线对Ｌ－苯丙氨酸的洗脱收率达到９３．８０％。Using the system of LPhenylalanine preparation by hydantion, in which the concentration of ion is higher, isolation of LPhenylalanine is studied by ion exchange resin. Types of resin, preparing of adsorption solution and the choice of washing conditions were also studied in detail. Adsorbance of LPhe was up to 0.09 g/g. resin (1), the yield for LPhe in whole process was 93.80%.\=
