肝复康胶囊制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:优化肝复康胶囊制剂工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以总木脂素的转移率考察醇提工艺,以正丁醇提取物和总皂苷为指标考察煎煮工艺,以颗粒的流动性、吸湿性、堆密度和崩解时限为指标,考察制剂处方的优劣。结果:五味子以5倍量70%乙醇回流提取2次、每次2小时为优,太子参和白花蛇舌草以8倍量水煎煮3次、每次2小时为优,制剂处方以处方六为优。结论:本优化工艺可作为肝复康胶囊的制剂工艺。Objective：To optimize the preparation technolagy of liver rehabilitation capsule;Methods：adopt orthogonal experiment to check the technology of Achol extraction throngh the transfer rate of total lignanoid,check the decoction technology by the index of n-butyl alcohol extract and total saponin,and check good and bad of preparation and prescription through the index of granulometric flowability,hygroscopicity,bulk density and disintegration time ;Results：Schisandra is excellent when extract through five times volume of 70% ethanol Every-two-hour for Two times,while Radix pseudostellariae and Oldenlandia is excellent when decoction by eight times volume of water Every-two-hour for three times,and among the preparation and prescription,prescription six is better.Conclusion：The optimization technology can be used as the preparation technology of liver rehabilitation capsule.
