摘　　要：目的:首次建立小叶菝葜药材总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:选用薯蓣皂苷元作为对照品,采用比色法,高氯酸显色,于407nm处测定吸光度。结果:薯蓣皂苷元在0.025-0.125mg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5),样品回收率99.2%,RSD=2.88%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简便、易行,可用于小叶菝葜药材总皂苷含量测定。Purpose：To establish a method for determination the content of total saponins in Smilax microphylla C.H.Wright.Methods：Selecting diosgenin as control referance,the colorimetry was used,colorating with perchloric acid,determining absorbability in the point of 407nm.Result：the linear range of dioscin was 0.025-0.125 mg（r = 0.999 9,n = 5）,the average recovery of the sample was 99.2% with RSD = 2.88%（n = 9）.Conclusion：The method was simple and easy.It can be used for determination the content of total saponins in medicine Smilax microphylla.
