摘　　要：文章总结了25年来中国利用世界银行贷款这一全新的发展林业融资模式,对中国林业发展所起到的促进作用,以及实践中产生的管理理念、设计方法、科技支撑和资金管理模式等方面的创新成果,为中国人工林资源培育管理创立了新的管理模式。This paper summarizes 25 years of World Bank loans in China＇s forestry development,the new financing model for forestry development in China,play a role in promoting forestry development,the well arise in practice such as management concepts,design,technology support and financial management and other aspects of innovation,created a new management model for China＇s forestry resources cultivation and management.
