大熊猫自然保护区农村社区社会经济发展现状分析——以陕西周至县花耳坪村为例

摘　　要：大熊猫自然保护区农村社区的社会经济发展对保护区的保护工作具有非常重要的影响。文章以陕西周至县花耳坪村作为研究对象,通过实地调查,全面地分析全村社会经济发展现状,指出存在的几个问题：①安于现状,生活条件差,基础设施很不健全;②收入低下,经济来源单一;③全村和保护区矛盾冲突严重;④自然资源利用方式粗放,缺乏优势产业。在此基础上总结出造成这种生活现状的3个驱动因素：①传统生活方式;②经济水平;③政府政策。最后,提出了解决花耳坪村问题的对策建议。It is very important that socio-economic development in Giant Panda Nature Reserve has a very important impact on.Taking Hua Erping village as a case,firstly,the paper studied the socio-economic development conditions of daily life for farmers though field investigation.Then Hua Erping village was thought that it had several problems in current situation.（1） Complacent,poor living conditions,Unsound infrastructure;（2） Low income,single source of income;（3）Serious conflicts between the villages and protected areas ;（4） Extensive style use of natural resources,the lack of competitive industries.On the basis of above studies,the driving forces of conditions of daily life for farmers of Hua Erping village in Giant Panda Nature Reserve were investigated and described as follows,i.e.,the traditional way of life,economic driving force and government policy.In summary,the paper proposed countermeasures and proposals to solve the existing problems for Hua Erping Village.
