摘  要:采用倒扭摆测试2种杂质含量不同的FeMn合金的阻尼性能,XRD测试合金的层错几率和ε马氏体体积分数,以了解材料纯洁度对FeMn合金阻尼性能的影响。采用OLYMPUS金相显微镜观察合金的微观组织。结果表明,2种合金的阻尼性能都随应变振幅的增加而呈线性增加;杂质含量对FeMn合金阻尼性能影响较大,杂质含量为0.722%的2#合金与杂质含量为0.235%的1#合金相比,在应变振幅为4.5×10-4时其对数衰减率降低了近20%。这是由于杂质元素含量越多,Shockley不全位错上的弱钉扎点就越多,脱钉运动的阻碍就越大,合金阻尼性能也就越低。To investigate the effect of purity on the damping capacity of FeMn alloy,the damping capacities of two alloys with different impurity content were measured using reversal torsion pendulum.The stacking fault probability and volume fraction of ε-martensite were determined using XRD and the microstructure was observed using OLYMPUS microscope.The results indicated that the damping capacity of the two alloys increased linearly with the increase of strain amplitude.Impurity element content had great influence on the damping capacity of FeMn alloy.Compared with alloy 1(the impurity element content was 0.235%),the damping capacity of alloy 2(the impurity element content was 0.722%) decreased by nearly 20% when the strain amplitude was 4.5 × 10-4.It was because that the weak pinning points on Shockley partial dislocations increased with the increase of impurity content,and the movement of Shockley partial dislocations became more difficult.
