摘　　要：开展国际交流是高校建设世界一流大学的必要条件之一。采用典型调查和重点调查,摸清了"十一五"期间(2005-2009年)我国28所高校档案专业教师参与国际交流的情况。在此基础上,对国际交流的经验、存在的问题及其原因进行了分析,得出了解决问题的对策建议,指出了未来国际交流的发展方向。This paper investigates and analyzes international communications of teachers from 28 universities with archives specializations during the Eleventh five-year plan（2005 to 2009）.Based on analysis of reasons for the problems,solutions and future directions of international communication are suggested.
