新论信息行为的基本内容与模式

摘　　要：信息行为的基本内容可概括为信息的获取、处理、使用,这同时也是信息行为的总体模式。信息处理是信息行为内容和模式的中间阶段,对信息使用具有决定性意义。信息的外化处理是信息内化处理在生命体外的拓展形态,具有群体和社会意义,可增强信息的确定性、可靠性,并大大增加所处理信息的数量。信息行为的分体模式有个体、群体、社会(国家)三种。人类社会(国家)信息行为模式的突出特征,是在信息外化处理中,发展形成了一个具有独立意义的社会信息体,人类的信息行为在很大程度上是通过社会信息体进行的。信息技术与信息管理是社会信息体的两个主干,其质量状况决定着信息行为尤其是信息使用的质量与效应,对整个社会的状况也具有深刻影响。The basic contents of information behavior include the access,disposal and use of information,that is the total mode of information behavior.The information disposal is the stage between the content and mode of information behavior,which is crucial to the use of information.The exterior disposal of information is the extension of the inner disposal of information,which can enhance the certainty and accountability of information and add the quantity of the disposed information.The mode of information behavior is classified as three kinds,namely individual,community and society.The mode of information behavior in the human society has the main characteristics that develop an independent social information body during the process of the exterior disposal of information.To a great extent,the human information behavior is conducted by the social information body.For the social information body which has two pillars of information technology and information management,its quality is essential to the quality and effect of information behavior,especially information use.Also,the quality of social information body has much influence on the social development.
