摘　　要：运用历史主义的方法梳理了美国国家档案馆保障公民获取电子文件信息权利从声誉受损到形象再造的发展历程,并从中总结出对我国公共档案馆公民获取电子文件信息权利保障的两点启示:培育档案馆公共服务意识并建立公民获取电子文件信息权利救济制度。Using the method of history,the author combs the development of people＇s right of access to NARA＇s electronic records information,pointing out that NARA has experienced two stages in the protection of this right： from the damage of reputation to image reengineering,and then summarizes two apocalypse： one is to cultivate the sense of public service in archives,the other is to establish the Relief System to protect people＇s right of access to electronic records information in archives.
