摘　　要：目的:探索提高肺科医院门诊药房药学服务质量的方法。方法:通过有计划、系统的专业知识培训提高门诊药房的药学服务质量。结果:药师的专业技能和患者对药学服务质量的满意率得到了很大的提高,药师建立了良好的信誉。结论:加强专业技能培训,提高门诊药房药学服务质量,是促进合理用药的有效方法。OBJECTIVE： To explore the method for the improvement of the pharmaceutical care quality of outpatient pharmacy in pulmonary hospital. METHODS： The pharmaceutical care quality of outpatient pharmacy can be improved by planned, systematic professional training. RESULTS： The professional skills of pharmacists and satisfactory ratio of patients had been greatly improved. Pharmacists had established a good reputation. CONCLUSION： Professional skill training and improvement of pharmaceutical care quality are effective way to promote rational use of drugs.
