摘 要:本文以一个服务于流动妇女的草根非政府组织为个案,通过实地调查,从需求视角对妇女非政府组织的发展过程进行了探讨。在摩塞框架的基础上,本研究构建了双轴分析框架,将流动妇女需求划分为影响女性地位改变的非重要需求—重要需求和女性自我感受的弱需求—强需求,以此为工具,对组织发展过程进行了分析。研究认为,该组织以流动妇女的强需求为介入点,易于获得服务对象的信任与接纳。然而,在实现从服务对象强需求到重要需求的转变上,组织既缺乏对制度环境的重视,又缺乏专业的方法技能,而是将改造的对象指向承受压力的流动妇女本身,从而影响了组织目标的实现和组织功能的发挥,使组织的发展陷于困境。The paper takes a grass-root non-governmental organization serving migrant women as an individual case, to analyze the de- velopment of NGO for women from the perspective of demand through field investigation. On the basis of Morser's Framework, The study divides migrant women' s demands into two categories--the unimportant demand and the important demand--which make an impact on the changes of women's status. The study also analyzes the weak demand and strong demand--which are from women' personal feeling. Based on the above studies, the cross-compound analysis framework is being built to analyze the development process of the organization. It is suggested that the organization regarding the strong demands of migrant women as a breakthrough point is easy to get trusts from the service receivers and thus gains more acceptance. However, due to the fact that the organization lacks both emphasis on the importance of institutional environment and professional method skills in achieving transfers strong demand to important demand, the organization tries to change migrant women being under pressure, such efforts undermines its organizational goals and organization functions, and then gets the development of itself into problems.
